Skaper · Terms of Service Last updated: 2026-05 1. Acceptance By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. 2. Account You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old (Korean COPPA-equivalent threshold). Don't share your password or session. 3. Acceptable use You may not: (a) generate CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery, (b) impersonate real people without consent, (c) abuse the AI engines to overwhelm the platform, (d) reverse-engineer the editor or scrape user content, (e) violate Korean export-control laws, (f) infringe copyright in your prompts or uploads. 4. AI-generated content You own the outputs you generate (subject to each engine's per-model license — most major engines grant commercial rights to paying users). Skaper retains a worldwide non-exclusive license to display public showcase items + workshop graphs you choose to publish. 5. Creator economy When you list an item on the shop, you confirm: (a) you created it / hold the rights, (b) the item doesn't infringe third-party rights, (c) you accept buyers as the licensee for personal use of the item. Skaper takes 0% commission as of the 2026-05 policy. We may remove listings that violate the Acceptable Use rules above. 6. Subscriptions & credits See Refund Policy for refund handling. Skaper may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing prepaid cycles honour the price you paid. 7. Termination We may suspend accounts for material breach. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account; deletion is permanent. 8. Disclaimers Service provided "as is". Skaper does not warrant the accuracy of AI outputs. Use at your own risk for any decisions you make based on AI content. 9. Liability cap Skaper's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, except where Korean consumer law mandates otherwise. 10. Governing law Korean law applies. Disputes go to Seoul Central District Court unless your local consumer-protection law overrides. 11. Changes We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date marks the change. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner + email.
