1. Cooling-off period (digital purchases)
Under Korean law (전자상거래법 §17), users may withdraw a digital purchase within 7 days of purchase, PROVIDED the purchased credits/subscription have not been consumed. "Consumed" means: any credit deduction has occurred from the pack purchased, OR any premium feature unlocked by the subscription has been used.
2. How to request a refund
Send a message via the form on this page with category "Billing & credits" within 7 days of the original transaction. Include: your account email, order number (visible in Account → Billing → Receipts), and the reason for the refund.
3. Processing time
We refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. PortOne / Stripe / PayPal disputes will reach your card statement within their respective provider's normal timing.
4. Non-refundable cases
Credits already spent are non-refundable. Subscription cycles in which any premium feature was used are non-refundable. Disputed transactions older than 7 days are reviewed individually under §17(2).
5. Subscription cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The current period is non-refundable, but you keep access until that date.
6. Creator-economy purchases
Items bought from community creators are non-refundable once the cosmetic item has been equipped or downloaded. Disputes over creator content (copyright, abuse) should be filed under "Abuse / safety".
7. Disputes
For unresolved disputes, contact 한국소비자원 (1372) or file with the e-commerce dispute mediation board.
